Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item you received is defective or damaged.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Entering the wrong address is not a valid reason for a refund.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for the following:

• Items showing signs of wear or alteration.
