3) Shipping Policy

Our shipping practices are outlined below and apply to all orders:

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order ships.

Delivery estimates can vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Rates and delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • We can update your address only if the order has not shipped.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.

Carrier Delays / Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control (including weather, holidays, or customs). If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at screamout.us@gmail.com and we’ll assist where possible.

4) Returns & Refunds Policy

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

No Returns / No Refunds (Except Damage/Defect)

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Damaged/Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us at screamout.us@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the damage/defect

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Wrong Size/Color

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • ordering the wrong size or color

  • preference changes after ordering

Please refer to product descriptions and size guides before purchasing.

Worn/Altered Items

We do not accept claims for items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

5) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact screamout.us@gmail.com first so we can help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in restrictions on future purchases.

6) Promotions & Limited Drops

Discount codes and promotions may have limitations (expiration dates, exclusions, one-time use). During limited drops, we may restrict quantities per customer and cancel orders that appear to bypass purchase limits.

7) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including our name, logo, product designs, graphics, images, and text is owned by Screamout or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8) Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • attempt to hack, disrupt, or scrape the Site

  • submit false information or impersonate others

  • bypass purchase limits or abuse checkout systems

We may block or restrict access for violations.
